Polyurethane insulation board
1、硬质聚氨酯板导热系数低,热工性能好。当硬质聚氨酯容重为35~40kg/m3时,导热系数仅为0.018g~0.023w/(m.k),约相当于EPS的一半,是所有保温材料中导热系数最低的一种。
1. Rigid polyurethane board has low thermal conductivity and good
thermal performance. When the unit weight of rigid polyurethane is
35-40kg / m3, the thermal conductivity is only 0.018g-0.023w / (m.k),
which is about half of EPS, and it is the lowest thermal conductivity of
all thermal insulation materials.
2、硬质聚氨酯板具有防潮、防水性能。硬质聚氨酯的闭孔率在90%以上,属于憎水性材料,不会因吸潮增大导热系数,墙面也不会渗水。
2. Rigid polyurethane board has moisture-proof and waterproof
properties. The closed cell rate of rigid polyurethane is more than 90%,
which belongs to hydrophobic material. It will not increase the thermal
conductivity due to moisture absorption, and the wall will not seep.
3、硬质聚氨酯防火,阻燃,耐高温。聚氨酯在添加阻燃剂后,是一种难燃的自熄性材料,其软化点可达到250摄氏度以上,仅在较高温度时才会出现分解:另外,聚氨酯在燃烧时会在其泡沫表面形成灰,这层灰有助隔离下面的泡沫。能有效地防止火灾蔓延。而且,聚氨酯在高温下也不产生有害气体。
3. Rigid polyurethane fireproof, flame retardant, high temperature
resistant. Polyurethane is a flammable self extinguishing material after
adding flame retardant. Its softening point can reach above 250 degrees
Celsius. It will decompose only at higher temperature. In addition,
polyurethane will form ash on the surface of foam when it burns. This
layer of ash helps to isolate the foam below. It can effectively prevent
the spread of fire. Moreover, polyurethane does not produce harmful gas
at high temperature.
4、由于聚氨酯板材具有优良的隔热性能,在达到同样保温要求下,可使减少建筑物外围护结构厚度,从而增加室内使用面积。
4. Due to the excellent thermal insulation performance of polyurethane
board, the thickness of building envelope can be reduced and the indoor
use area can be increased under the same thermal insulation
requirements.
